Our Fess:

At c t u, you can pay for the services you receive on a fee for advice basis.
This allows you to know that you are paying for our advice irrespective of any product you use, clarifies the services you are entitled to, and ensures all recommendations are driven by your needs.
Our belief is once we have an understanding of what type of advice will be given, we will then provide you the costing, i.e. the cost of preparing the statement of advice, the cost of implementing the advice and then the cost of the ongoing fee for advice. Our clients agree to pay the cost of the statement of advice upfront, and then pay the cost of implementation when you have agreed to the advice. The ongoing fee for service can either be paid upfront or on a monthly basis.
