What you can expect
Setting up your personal financial strategy and keeping to it is one of the most important things you will do in your life.
That’s why it’s vitally important to make sure that the financial planner you choose is the right fit for you, and vice versa.
We encourage you to read through our website to get a feel for the way we work, to decide for yourself whether we are what you are looking for.
And then, if you would like to find out more, make a time to meet with us for an introductory meeting to see how we operate and how our process can help you. This meeting – conducted at our office – is at no cost to you.
It gives each of us the opportunity to identify whether we are a good match for one another.
At this introductory meeting, we share with you our approach to financial planning, and describe the services we offer and detail our fees. We give a general indication of the types of strategies that other clients who may be in a similar situation to you have found to be successful, to help you gauge how we can be of benefit to you.
The strategies we apply are most suitable for people with a combined household income of a minimum of $135,000 p.a.
After this meeting, if you decide to proceed with us, you will be invited to participate in the following three phases:
Getting Started - Commitment No:1
Step 1: Fact find meeting
So we can ensure we are meeting your needs, we clarify with you the scope of services you are seeking. Next, we obtain all relevant details about you, your circumstances and aspirations. Using this information, we construct your personalised financial plan.
Step 2: Plan presentation meeting
Your plan is presented and explained to you, with the opportunity for questions and clarification.
Putting your plan in place – Trust No: 2
Step 1: Implementation meeting
With your agreement, the strategies that are recommended for you are put into place.
Step 2: Follow-up meeting
Once everything is finished, we meet again to go over it with you.
Staying on track – Understanding No:3
On an ongoing basis, we stay in regular contact by:
- - Answering your routine queries about financial matters
- - Providing ongoing financial re-modelling for you as your circumstances change
- - Conducting an annual face-to-face review with you to monitor your progress
- - Getting in touch with you if new legislation or changing market conditions affect your financial plan
- - Updating you on any financial product changes that we believe could impact you.
